Anne has BA (Hons), LLB (Hons), Accredited Mediator (NMAS)

Anne was appointed as Principal Registrar of SACAT on 28 March 2019.

She is a graduate of Adelaide University with honours degrees in Law and Arts.

She is also an accredited mediator. She has specialised in the area of dispute resolution for 20 years.

Her previous role at the SA Employment Tribunal was as a Commissioner, Deputy Registrar and Manager of Conciliation Services.

Anne was also a member of the Steering Committee for SAET’s new case management system.

Anne’s experience as a Tribunal member, a mediator and as a registrar has influenced her understanding of registry management, case management and the use of new technologies in dispute resolution.
