PC045

PC045 sets out the policy for proactive disclosure of FOI application information on state government agency websites.

State Records has developed the Disclosure Logs information sheet to support agencies interpret and implement PC045.

PC035 describes data sets that are regularly requested from State Government agencies.

This includes information such as credit card, travel and mobile phone expenditure.

PC035 includes the list of agencies that must comply with the policy and publish the data sets on their websites on a monthly basis.

The Proactive disclosure of regularly requested information information sheet supports agencies interpret and implement PC035

Agencies that are not subject to PC035 are encouraged to consider proactively releasing this information on their websites.
