Lantern slides of South Australian scenes c.1895 - c.1940
This series comprises ninety-five (95) glass lantern slides of South Australian scenes used for publicity purposes by the State Tourist Bureau and successors. The slides contains scenes of industry, agriculture, towns, countryside and buildings. These slides were donated to the Archives Department (now State Records) in July 1957.
The Special List is arranged alphabetically by the name of the town/suburb that is pictured in the slide. It also contains a subject description and an accession number.
