Citing Archival Records

Material from State Records of South Australia which is reproduced or referred to in papers, publications or on a website should be accurately cited. Correct citations will enable other researchers to verify the accuracy of statements you have made, and assist in locating records.

To assist researchers, State Records has produced an information sheet called Citing Archival Records that gives examples of correct citations for records in the State Records collection.
