In this section, State Records of South Australia has supplied a number of standard forms for seeking access to documents under the Freedom of Information Act, 1991.
These forms enable you to:
request any document in the possession of a State Government Agency, Local Council or University
request the amendment of documents that relate to you which are incomplete, in-correct, out-of-date or misleading
seek a review of a decision made by a State Government Agency, Local Council or University.
You will need to print and send the completed application to the agency whom you believe holds the documents to which you are seeking access.
