Applications and licences to keep lying-in homes 1900 - 1910

This series records applications for, and licences issued to keep lying-in homes for the period 1900 to 1910. The volume records addresses from metropolitan, suburban and rural areas of South Australia.

The register is arranged by application number and gives date, name of applicant, address of the premises, whether or not the licence was granted and licence number. The remarks field sometimes indicates whether a licence was renewed, and cites a vide [see also] file reference number for further information.

The Special List records the name of the applicant, date, application number and suburb.  The List is arranged alphabetically by the surname of the applicants.
