Aims of the Course Certificate III in Recordkeeping provides foundation skills in Records Management and is seen as fundamental for anyone working at an operational level in the records management environment of an organisation, particularly within State and Local Government. Its successful completion (or equivalent status) is a prerequisite for study of Certificate IV in Recordkeeping. Duration of Course Four terms part-time study. Class hours will be 4.5 hours per week. Equivalent study time is required at home. The course may also be undertaken via correspondence requiring an equivalent amount of time.
